Summary: A great hostess with timely communication and responses. This unit is a bit smaller than we anticipated. pictures can make things appear much bigger, despite having the square footage. However, it is in a nice little gated community and very quiet. The permanent residents were very kind and helpful. The units are quite close to each other. The pool area a short walk, very nice and well kept. the hot tub awesome when it was working. A few things to note for those planning on an extended stay. We had to get creative with finding places to store our groceries with limited cupboard space. We also were not expecting to live out of our suitcases versus unpacking and utilizing dressers. However, ea bedroom had a closet with some hangers. The washer and dryer are very small, but a nice amenity. The unit did come nicely equipped with standard household items and toiletries. all in all, this was nice stay as we were on the bay with a neat view.

Summary: The property, location and host were amazing. Spectacular views, clean and cozy. My family had a wonderful time, on our first visit to SPI. The construction crew on both sides of the property at 7am all weekend were not ideal for this booking. I learned, I should have asked more questions. The booking was still a tremendous success for our mother, thank you.
